Shipping and Terms

For online purchases the following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Terms

Delivery only within Germany.

Shopping Charges (incl. VAT at the statutory rate))

The shipping costs are €11.90 per order with delivery destination Germany.

Delivery to a packing station is not possible.

The shipping costs apply exclusively to orders placed via the online store. They are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition. For orders that are not placed via the online store, the shipping costs will be charged at cost.
 

Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. The delivery time always refers to working days (Mon-Fri); Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account when calculating delivery times.
The delivery time may be longer if large quantities are ordered. Please enquire about availability in advance.

The order will be shipped in one delivery. If you would like a partial delivery, please contact us.
 

Payment Terms

You can choose from the following payment options:

• Payment by credit card
• Payment via PayPal
• Payment via wire transfer

Further information regarding payment options:
When chosing "Payment by credit card" your credit card will be charged at the end of the order placement.
When chosing "Prepayment via wire transfer" we will send you the payment details together with the order confirmation but no later with the invoice.

Separate agreements cannot be taken into account for online orders due to automated order processing.
